Going through a divorce can be a very hard thing to do but it is important that you set up visitation so that your child is not impacted by this drama



. In many cases the parents try to get back at each other by using their kid as a pawn and this can be very damaging for the child. You should always try to work out your differences and never let your child know that you and your ex can not get along.

If you run into a situation where one parent is not following the visitation rules then you may need to go back to court. This is not always fun to do and in many cases it is necessary.

First you'll need to contact your lawyer and let them know what is going on so they can advise you the best course of action. In most cases you will have to set up a court date to go in front of the judge and tell them that the other parent is not cooperating. This can be very hard to deal with because the other parent may agree to go with the visitation that is set up but when it comes down to it, they will go against their word.

Remember if you're having problems with the visitation rules that have been set for you in your ex then you may have to go back to court to solve this issue. It is not always pretty after you have gone through a divorce and have to deal with custody issues but you have to put your child first and realize they are the most important thing to consider.
